We’re not sure who, or what, is the bread of this metaphorical sandwich, but we do know that every REALTOR® must follow rules for ethics, just as every peanut butter and jelly sandwich must be followed by a tall glass of milk. Some things are just indisputable.

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is the leading resource for real estate ethics education. Our Code of Ethics, which turns 100 in 2013, is an industry standard that gives real estate industry professionals and their clients peace of mind. The Code is a living document that is continually revised to ensure that it remains relevant, despite constant changes in real estate business practices and technology.
